Referral Process Overview

At Beyond the Stars, we understand that placing a child or young person is never just about availability — it's about trust, timing, and transformation. That’s why our referral process is designed to be clear, compassionate, and responsive — from first contact to placement and beyond.
We work in partnership with local authorities, social workers, IROs, CAMHS, and other professionals to ensure that every placement is a thoughtful match — not just a bed, but a beginning.
