What Our Homes Offer

Every home is intentionally created to feel safe, calming, and attuned to young people’s emotional and sensory needs. Features include:

  • Private, well-furnished bedrooms that reflect dignity and choice
  • Shared kitchen, dining, and living spaces that foster community
  • Dedicated quiet rooms for reflection, creativity, or emotional regulation
  • Outdoor areas (gardens or courtyards) for grounding and wellbeing
  • Therapeutic décor and sensory-aware environments
  • Safeguarded smart technology and structured access to internet

These are not institutional spaces — they are warm, adaptable homes where young people can breathe, belong, and build.

Safety, Structure & Staffing

All services operate under clear safeguarding policies and are held to the highest standards of care and accountability:

  • Ofsted-registered provision with full regulatory compliance
  • Tailored staffing ratios (typically 1:1 or 2:1 based on need)
  • 24/7 on-site staffing, including waking night or sleep-in support
  • Every young person is matched with a Key Worker and supported through a co-produced Support Plan
  • A deep commitment to relationship-based care, attachment awareness, and continuity
